    ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) – The man charged with killing a dog by setting it on fire, is scheduled to be in court this morning. Wesley L. Reid is seeking to get out of jail before his trial.

    “Look at the horrible crime, look at the severe suffering that Zeus had gone through,” Missouri Humane Society, Animal Cruelty Task Force Director Mike Perkins told KMOX.

    Perkins will be among several animal rights supporters who will argue that the 22-year-old should continue to be held on $15,000 bond.
